Marianna's Founders Notes: July 25

Hello! I'm back with our July edition of Founders Notes. It's now officially summer and most of the month has been taken up with travel. I went to Rome for the weekend with my daughter for her 16th birthday which was such a lovely treat, you can read all about it here. We also did a family road trip through Portugal, which you can read about here. I have added my itinerary, hotel and restaurant recommendations and all of the places I loved the most. I always do lots of research before going on holiday to make the most of my time there.

One of my favourites from Portugal- Xtian at Hotel Vermelho

I recently had my Astrocartography chart done by astrologer Rosie Cutter. The chart essentially shows how the positions of planets at the time of your birth can influence your experiences in different locations around the globe. I discovered that that my special places are Sardinia (where I went on my Honeymoon), Melbourne and Palm Beach.  Palm Beach has been on my wish list for a while, so this has made me even more determined to go! I'm now planning our next road trip to Florida (just got to get hubby on board) and Palm Beach would be the star destination. If anyone has any tips or recommendations for Florida - please let me know!

Summer readings- Not really a light summer read, but I'm reading 21 Lessons for the 21st Century by Yuval Noah Harari. I read his first two books (Sapiens and Homo Deus) and found them fascinating, a real insight into the human race. I'm finding 21 Lessons thought provoking and insightful.

What I have been wearing- My two star pieces for the summer have been the Ischia Bracelet, chic and effortless with a pop of colour, looks great stacked and it's also easy to get on and off. Also, my Daphne Oz X Soru The Divine Feminine Charm Necklace - this necklace will elevate any outfit so its great to take away and wear multiple times, I love wearing it with jeans and a shirt.

I've been wearing my Ischia Bracelet with everything, all summer!

Anyone who knows me, knows that I am not one for beauty treatments, I don't even get my nails done, but this month I would like a change. After some research (asking my expert friends) I have been having a facial that I'm loving. Microneedling with PRP (AKA the vampire facial- but don't let that put you off, it's painless and non invasive) uses the plasma from your blood to nourish your skin, so its all natural. I can already see a difference in my skin. If anyone knows of any other non-invasive treatments they could recommend- please let me know!

That's all from me for now, here are a few pics that sum up my month. Enjoy the rest of the summer!

Been spending as much spare time as I can at Estelle Manor while the sun is out... with Teddy for company of course

My daughter loves Neymar, so I thought it would be fun to get her a Neymar cake for her 16th.  Natasha Bakes did this beauty for me

different types some fridge magnet on a table, each one from somewhere in Portugal

Anyone else collect magnets from each place they visit? It's a tradition of ours, a momento from each place we go. This is the selection I brought back from Portugal

Love Marianna xx
