I'm finally back with a few notes on the things i'm loving right now! Things iv discovered i just have to share and of course a little discount on my fave jewellery pieces.

You may, or may not, know that a passion of mine is health/ wellbeing/ biohacking. So you'll prob start to see a theme emerge in my founder notes.

What Im Loving:

When summer is over and the nights draw in, without the heat of the sun as my source of energy uplift i find myself reaching for chocolates and treats more often. 

However, i'm that person that reads the ingredients on everything i consume. The majority of chocolates you find in stores have emulsifiers, chemicals and oils in that make them no longer a treat in my eyes.

I have a few chocolate brands i love (they taste great plus they have ingredients you'd find naturally in the world). HUman Chocolate (the hazelnut butter is SO good) , Booja Booja (way more sugary but nice for a special occasion) and my current new found OBSESSION Cosmic Dealer.

They have totally lured me in with their chic aesthetic, brand values and beautiful ingredients. The unique flavours of chocolate (and also blends of teas which i will come on to) are my go to treat right now. The nut butter chocolates are the BEST and you can buy them in little multipacks of 8. My go to has been the Cinnamon roll flavour called Buddy Buddy i didn't think anything would beat this but i just tried the newest flavour Blueberry and Reishi and it did!

What Im Wearing:

I'm back in knitwear again, probably for the foreseeable future, i find that dressing up knits is all about the jewels you pair them with and iv been focusing on one larger statement pendant recently, the Cimelio Cross Pendant to really bring focus to the plainest of tops but then i can also dress it up as it lends itself well to both. My  Pandora ring hasn't left my finger all summer and i doubt will through winter either. I love how its large but not overwhelming, so easy to wear.

What I'm Reading:

I have found myself picking up the beautifully illustrated version of the Tao Te Ching each morning before meditation to ease into the day. Each chapter is a small paragraph or couple of paragraphs, it's the perfect medicine in a frantic world to bring calm and clarity. I find a new insight with every read, it's as if you read the same sentence but at different times it brings with it different meanings.

Im also deep into Tyler Henrys book, Here & Hereafter, i find Tyler fascinating, especially since my mom passed away so reading about his experiences and insights is expansive and also comforting. 

What Im Listening To:

I heard about the 'Activations' app from Coral Pearl on her Raise Podcast  and gave it a go. They are mini cinematic soundtracks with affirmations, tailored to play as you go about your day- chores, getting ready, working out, walking etc. Its so easy to incorporate into your day and really helps to raise your energy. I truly believe in cultivating a more positive mental state yourself taking control of your joy, health and fulfilment so any little hacks like these that are easy to fit into the day i'm all for.
