Retail E-commerce Manager

We are looking for an experienced e-commerce manager in this exciting role to develop and deliver a fresh and innovative thinking online sales strategy and website design/ customer journey for our growing brand. You will be excited by the opportunity and work closely with the founders to deliver a beautifully designed website and marketing vision.

You Will Be Responsible For:

• Responsible for running and managing the online website store, updating the design and function when necessary. EXPERIENCE ON SHOPIFY PLATFORM ESSENTIAL.
• Creating beautifully designed and on brand mailers to send to our subscribers via kalviyo. Experience with Klaviyo would be beneficial.
• Creating and maintaining email flows within Klaviyo.
• Identifying new and innovative ways to drive traffic and push products.
• Ensuring the Soru brand identity is kept consistent and fresh throughout all websites and work created.
• Ensuring all websites are kept up-to-date daily with; correct offers, correct gift offers, updated banners, new in products/brands, regularly updated category pages and collection pages.
• Loading new products online; inputting description copy, images, all relevant fields and assigning to collections.
• Resizing and editing images and videos.
• Focusing on the customer journey throughout the site, ensuring sales are optimised at each stage and that the customer experience is at its best.
• Managing all international sites and messaging to optimise International sales.
• Producing weekly reports to feed back to the team on gathered store, product and customer analytics.
• Collaborate with digital marketing, emails, promotions and social media.
• Write copy when necessary; blogs, pages and collections.
• Competent in postcard/ stationary design.
• Working on strategic campaign planning, focusing on metrics such as new customer acquisition, retention, AOV.
• Identify and propose promotions and efficiencies to increase sales and profitability.
• Work closely with the customer service team to maintain flawless customer service.
• Monitor key site metrics including GP, conversion rate, bounce rate, AOV, exit rate, traffic etc and report back to the Founders.

Who You Are:

• Experienced e-commerce manager with experience of building brands.
• Fantastic eye for detail.
• Creative with a flair for technical design.
• You’re obsessed with content creation and storytelling.
• Driven to build business.
• Experience working within a DTC brand, preferably fashion retail and ideally for a premium brand.
• Experience with Shopify/ Shopify Plus is essential.
• Experience with Klaviyo beneficial.
• You have the ability to think both strategically and tactically, and are able to react and adapt to support the trading environment
• Solutions focused with a ‘can do’ attitude, never complacent and constantly looking for new and improved ways of doing things.
• Strong organisational skills, ability to work to challenging deadlines with changing priorities.
• Interest and enthusiasm for jewellery, gemstones and premium quality products.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience working with jewellery, gemstones and crystals.
• Previously worked on international sales growth.
• Passion and flair for design- graphic/ illustrative and product
• Social media content creation
