We are looking for a Social Media Manager to work alongside our founder, 3 days a week on Soru's social media accounts.

The candidate will be:

-Confident and skilled at planning, editing and posting videos and images for social content

-Planning and creating our social posting calendar across 5 platforms; Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube and Pinterest. For daily interactions as well as strategies for collection launches, collaboration and giveaways. 

-Have a good understand of (and love for) Social Media/ social awareness across all platforms including (and not limiting to) You Tube, Instagram, Tik Tok and pinterest

-Innovative, forward thinking and creative, with a strong eye for detail and skill for marketing

-Have a good understanding of our customers and followers needs with a skill for connecting with community

-Have a good understanding of Soru's mission, identity and aesthetic

-You will need to be confident, creative, pro active, reactive and able to take the lead and adept at solving problems as well as coming up with fresh new ideas and jumping onto relevant trends in a timely manner.

We are based in Solihull, the West Midlands but are happy for this role to be remote for the right candidate. Ideally travelling when needed to capture BTS content.
