One of our most special pieces, inspired by historical depictions of astronomy, portraying an intricate sun and moon in a starry blue sky.
Designed to be passed down as an heirloom, this large star pendant features an exquisite micro-mosaic centre set into 18k solid gold and encircled with glistening brilliant cut diamonds and multi-coloured graduated sapphires, showcasing the attention to detail and true craftsmanship that goes into the making of this design.
A note on diamond: April's birthstone, the diamond is said to represent love, strength and a long life. Referred to as the 'king of gems' due to its unique powers of light reflection and being one of the hardest natural substances known.
A note on sapphire: September's birthstone, traditionally marking the 45th wedding anniversary. Worn by royalty, considered a symbol of good fortune, virtue, holiness and wisdom. The ancient Persians believed the Earth rested on an enormous Sapphire and it was its reflection that coloured the sky.
Packaged in a pink silk and velvet tasseled box, this piece truly is something to be cherished.

Our collections are handmade by family-run workshops and artisans in Italy and Turkey. Each piece is unique.
We only make our jewels in small batches and encourage our customers to only purchase what sparks joy, as to avoid unnecessary returns. Nothing we make is mass produced.
Our collections are designed in-house at Soru HQ, based on a quiet leafy street in Solihull, UK. Where each order is also hand packaged and thoughtfully dispatched.
We use natural gemstones and baroque pearls within our gold plated silver collection which may contain internal inclusions, irregular edges, uneven surfaces and variations in the colours. No two gems are the same, adding to the beauty and uniqueness of each individual gem.

Use a soft lint free cloth to keep your jewellery looking shiny and tarnish-free.
Store your Soru purchases in a dark, cool and dry place within the box provided. This will reduce tarnishing, scratching and tangling.
When transporting your jewellery, ensure it is kept within a box so no external pressures is accidentally applied that could bend the metal.
Remove jewellery while in water and avoid spraying perfume or applying creams where your jewellery will have contact.
Avoid extreme temperatures, humidity and sunlight. Any contact with perfumes, cosmetics and chemicals will cause discolouration.
Gemstones
Gemstones should never be worn around hot water, harsh chemicals or cleaners.
You can clean most gemstones with a soft, damp cloth after wearing. Very porous stones such as turquoise and emeralds should be cleaned using an untreated, dry, soft cloth only. Do not use tissue paper or paper towels to clean as they can cause scratching.

I had been admiring this stunning, unique piece of artwork for some time before I treated myself. It was worth the wait! The fine detail and craftmanship gone into this piece is amazing. The length is adjustable, allowing the pendant to sit at different heights. It is beautiful on and makes me feel like a star!

This is a stunning piece of work and one of my most favorite necklaces I own! The colors are exquisite and the chain is the perfect size. I wear it on its own and sometimes layer it with other pieces. I would give it five stars if it were solid gold throughout and under the actual 5 “spikes” of the star. That part of the pendant is not solid as I thought it would be. Otherwise, the piece is perfect. I will absolutely but the whole set once it comes out. So, don’t hesitate and buy it!!

To put your mind at rest regarding the 'spikes'... this area of the pendant is left as an open cage on the reverse to allow the sapphires to sparkle - if it were solid gold here it would have dulled that down, hence this design feature as every part on these unique necklaces are thought careful about.
