Christmas Shipping
Orders placed before 12pm on Wednesday 22nd December are guaranteed to be delivered within the UK for Christmas.
Over the festive period Soru Headquarters will be closed for the following UK national holidays:
25th- 28th December and 3rd January 2022.
No orders will be dispatched over weekends or national holiday dates.
Orders placed between the 24th - 28th December will be dispatched after the 29th December.
Orders placed around this holiday period may take a little longer to dispatch than usually. Please expect delays of around 2 weeks. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.
All customer queries will be responded to over the first couple of days we are back in the office.
