I've gone from not wanting to ever talk in public, to having to start talking on socials and now being interviewed in my first ever podcast... eeekkk.

I first discovered the Building Brand Advocacy Podcast when looking for inspirational founder stories on Apple Podcasts- it's part of my morning routine to listen to a podcast as I get ready for the day, I find it inspires and motivates me. 

When the host Verity Hurd reached out to me on Instagram to ask if I would be interested in being interviewed I jumped at the chance, then realised I'd have to be filmed and wondered 'what have I done!' :-) I conquered my fears and had a great time recording the episode with the loveliest team who put me at ease (while my sister Marianna, had a nap in the production room).

We spoke about brand building, our customers and community, what I've learnt along the way about marketing and navigating changes in social media.

I'm off to go listen to the episode now myself!
