The end of 2025 marks Soru's 12th year, and we are ending it full of gratitude for our wonderful community and staff that work so hard.
It's been a busy few months at the Soru office- getting everyones Black Friday orders out, wrapping gifts from our iconic Christmas Crackers and fulfilling those last minute gifts for the late shoppers. We can now breathe and reflect on the year while looking ahead to the future to see whats next for Soru.
For me, the highlight of the year was seeing Raye perform her brand new single (where Is My Husband?) for the first time wearing our Coco earrings. It really made me smile (and my teenagers thought it was pretty cool too- which always helps).

Also, seeing Samie Elishi rock our San Pietro Necklace in the Love Island Villa was also a memorable moment- that particular necklace is a personal favourite, i'm so glad it became our sell-out piece of the year, so that others could enjoy it's beauty and craftsmanship.

Creating is what we do best, so that is my favourite part of the year. My love of vintage jewellery is always reflected when I design new pieces, when I see that first sample and it looks exactly' how I imaged its the best feeling. Vintage Cartier and Bvlgari is not accessible to most, but at Soru you can get the next best thing. Notable pieces of the year have have been Our Roma Necklace and Roma Earrings, which have a vintage Cartier feel and our Midnight Aruba Sunrise, that remind me of vintage Bvlgari- when the sample for this piece came in I couldn't believe how stunning they were, they became my instant favourites. Our newest collection, Astoria, is one of my favourites to date and is full of unique pieces that you won't find anywhere else.

Other highlights of the year were our collaboration with Sapna Rao from Sheerluxe back in April- our capsule collection included modern staples with a luxury feel.
I couldn't end the year without mentioning the wonderful trip we took to Tuscany to meet the team who work so hard to hand make our jewellery. It wasn't only a highlight of the year, but of the whole of our Soru Journey. They are a wonderful, welcoming family team, who are talented and hard working, their love for their craft reflects in each piece. We ate with them, they took us around to see the local sights and even to a monestery in the mountains which was deeply spiritual experience. An unforgettable trip.
