Behind the name: Nox is the primordial goddess of the night in ancient Roman mythology. The name comes from the ancient Roman and Latin word for "night."
A note on sodalite: A rare rock-forming mineral, this gemstone is best known for its blue colour with streaks of white. Said to bring order and calmness to the wearer and promote rational thought. Please note Sodalite gemstones come in a variation of dark to light blue; patches of white and cream may or may not be present. Please see images to get an idea as each one is totally unique.
